I’m about to subscribe to a plan, but I’m a little concerned about the cancellation policy. I’d like to test it first, present the project to my boss, and then decide whether to fully commit.
My question is: can I cancel if I end up not using it? I couldn’t find clear information about how the cancellation policy works. If I cancel within the 7-day trial period, would that be okay?

Hello,
Yes, you can absolutely start with the 7-day free trial and cancel if you decide not to continue. If you do not wish to proceed, simply delete your application from the FACEIO Console before the trial ends.
That said, please note that repeatedly creating trials and cancelling at the last moment may result in the account or company being restricted from using the platform in the future.
