Deleted Facial ID Data Reappears After Registering New Facial ID via API

When I delete a FaceID through an API request, it gets deleted successfully. However, after registering a new FaceID, all previously deleted data reappears.

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the FACEIO support center. To answer your inquiry:
  • Once a Facial ID deleted via API Call to DELETEFACIALID, it is completely purged from your application.
  • Target faces are deregistered upon deletion, except in cases of duplicate enrollment documented here.
  • Re-enrollment is required in order to register again the same user on your platform.
