Hello FACEIO Team,

I am currently integrating FACEIO into our application and encountered an issue during enrollment.

We are receiving a duplicate enrollment error (code 7), indicating that the facial features are already recorded in our FACEIO application. However, we do not have any facialId stored in our local database for this user, likely due to earlier failed integration attempts before the enrollment flow was fully working.

Current situation:

FACEIO enrollment is blocked due to duplicate face detection
Our local database (paymast) does not contain any faceio_facial_id
We are unable to delete the existing biometric record because we do not know the original facialId
Duplicate prevention setting has already been disabled in the console
Issue persists even after clearing cache and restarting the application

Request:
Could you please help us remove or reset the existing biometric enrollment associated with this FACEIO application so we can proceed with testing?
