Is it normal that everytime the user tries to authenticate through the facial authentication it requires the PIN CODE? wasn't it just required when a collisium is detected?

Thank you for contacting us. In response to your question:
- Yes, PIN code confirmation is a security feature that is enabled by default.
- You can disable it for non-sensitive applications within the Security tab of the Application Manager on the FACEIO Console by deselecting the "Always Ask for Pin Code During Authentication" security option.
