Hello Support Team,
We would like to upgrade to the STARTER plan at $29 per month. Your solution for the platform we are developing is essential, but we have a few questions:
1. Is it possible to customize the FaceIO logo and the Terms of Service that users must accept? Can we add our own Terms of Service?
2. Are all three steps (Acceptance of Terms of Service, Face ID verification, and PIN code) mandatory? We want to streamline the process by only using the Face ID check for our users. Can we customize the steps?
3. Is it possible to perform Face ID verification in the background? In other words, can the user not see their face on the smartphone screen?
Thank you in advance for your answers. Have a great day!
Best regards,
Louis,

Hi Louis,
- Yes, it is possible to insert your own logo, change colors & form of the widget, and customize the entire widget entirely. Just head to the Customization Tab of the Application Manager on the FACEIO Console, and implement your customization from there.
- Of course, you can insert and show your own Terms of Use & Privacy Policy URLs to your users. Just save the direct links to your policies URLs on the Customization Tab of the Application Manager on the FACEIO Console just like you did with your application logo.
- Finally, if you have already been granted user consent previously, then there is no need to display again the Accept Terms screen. Just set the userConsent parameter field (documented here) the enroll method takes to True, and the consent screen will not be displayed to the end user being enrolled.
- Finally, for detailed information about the recommended privacy practices for applications, you are encouraged to take a look to our Privacy Best Practices guides.
Please note that some of these features are available starting from the Pro Plan only so you may need to upgrade from Starter to Pro if you need these highly requested privacy features.
