i have two issues :-

1- I have concern regarding the users who have enrolled on faceio and lost their faceIds provided by faceio during the enrollment.Now i want to know how can we get these facialId back for these users ,i have check the dashboard matrics that only showing the latest 10(approx) only.

2-I have also put the request to you for aws s3 data transfer so that i can find from that so clear howlong it will take you to transfer the data on my aws s3 account
