I understand that the Freemium Plan is not available in my region, but I would like to request temporary access for development purposes. We are currently integrating FACEIO into our application and only need the freemium or trial access to complete testing during the development phase. Once we move to production, we are fully prepared to upgrade to a paid plan.
Could you please help activate the Freemium Plan or provide any alternative way to enable our app for development?

At the moment, the Freemium plan isn’t available in your region. Freemium access is region-locked and quota-based; due to very high demand, your region’s allocation has been fully used. We periodically refresh these quotas, but we can’t guarantee a specific date for the next availability window.
What you can do now

Start on a premium plan (recommended for development): This avoids any disruption and low-quota constraints, so your team can complete implementation and testing smoothly, then continue straight into production without changes.

Join the freemium waitlist: We can place your app on our watch list and notify you if/when your region’s Freemium quota is replenished.
