According to the PIN code security settings, I left it inactive so it wouldn't appear. Even with new user registrations, the system is still requesting a PIN. In this case, please don't remove the PIN. Users are getting confused about the PIN.

Thank you for reaching out. To answer your question:
- In this case, please always activate the Always Ask for PIN Code During Authentication security option from the FACEIO Console under the security tab.
- This ensures users must always confirm their PIN before facial authentication is successful.
